We've been using ACT! for Notes for many years now, and have been very pleased with how the product works. The staff at Vigilus has been responsive to questions or any issues we have had along the way. They have a very deep knowledge to assist with anything we've worked together on. Once you get the concept of how data, forms, and fields are organized you have a great depth of tools to manipulate your information to cover a wide range of needs; from sales persons to marketing types doing campaigns at the home office.
